Esthetic Evolution 3 June 22nd 23rd & 24th 2007
Our
third Evolution was indeed a transformation in and of itself. The Festival
continues to grow each year, not only in the number of participants but
also in the size and conviction of the community the Event has embraced.
Many who came truly contibuted to the spirit of the Festival by providing
expressions of themselves in the form of Art Installations and Theme Camps.
This year, even the performer stages grew as an independently run 3rd
venue was introduced on the shores of the Boise River. Over the last three
years, Esthetic Evolution has featured dozens of the Northwest's best
electronic music DJs and producers, covering an incredible range of musical
styling. This is a music and art festival which promotes progressive contemporary
artistic self-expression. We've grown from an intentional, homegrown Idaho
event full of friends and memories into an amazing Northwest collaboration,
with over 600 attendees this past year. Many came from all parts of the
country and some have even come from other parts of the world. For information

Esthetic Evolution 2 July 28th 29th & 30th 2006
This
second Evolution was truly an incredible Event.. This Festival was even
larger than the first year. In it's second year, Esthetic Evolution
offered not 1 but 2 different stages of musical performances which ran
simultaneously throughout the 3 days and 2 nights of celebrations. What's
more, attendees of the Event began to participate more intensely by
bring artistic contributions and unique camp themes and setups. It has
always been the intention to provide a landscape and canvas upon which
patrons to the Event can be more than just spectators and Esthetic Evolution
2 definitely built upon this groundwork set forth in it's previous year.

Esthetic Evolution 1 July 15th 16th & 17th 2005
This
first Evolution marked a new chapter in pr0cess' history. This event
was our largest undertaking to date and became an instant classic. In
the vein of Burning Man, we strove to bring the cultures of music and
art together for a truly harmonious engagement. Many who attendended
realized and participated in true fashion creating the family connection
that we had hoped for. It was easily decided that
we would make this the premiere pr0cess event and would present Esthetic
Evolution on an annual basis. Check out this year's Evolution HERE

Bonedance October 31 2003
Halloween
of 2003 pr0cess put together a true tribute to the ghoulish spirit of the
holiday with the Bonedance party at The Venue. We had a wonderful time creating
this masterpiece of a Halloween atmosphere.....from the huge spider on the
ceiling, homemade scarecrow & mummy, to the evil clown (painted by none
other than Xoe herself), even a painstakingly long session of splices horror
movie clips together by steve-0. It was truly something to behold, especially
when combined with music from DJ's Chibi V! (Oklahoma City, OK), Mumble
(Moscow, ID), Lost, Stormshadow, Eli Andrew & little known pr0cess crew
member kexbi eccida.
Sight & Sound (in collaboration
with L.I.F.E.) September 20 2003
A wonderful gathering that went off without a hitch, everyone seemed to
have a good time to end the summer. Set on the normally underwater plateau
of Arrowrock resevoir, the scene was as surreal as the cracked mud that
we were dancing on to the likes of Brad Lee & Keldar, Nico & Velchrom, Ian
S., Bacchus, as well as pr0cess' own psychephilia.
The Desert Gathering July 26 2003
Due
to a severe thunderstorm this party had to be moved to the Taft house for
those that knew where it was. Even then the party got a little too big for
the neighbors liking. The DJ’s for the night were Nico aka Darkmatter, Poly,
Manic, Arc, Ryan Duley, Kexbi Eccidia, and Psychaphelia. Most of these dj’s
threw down at the house anyway. We did have a great time though we were
very bummed about the weather.
The Family Gathering June 20th-22nd
2003
This
camping trip was super badass fun. We were very happy on the turnout; exactly
the amount of people we wanted. The weather gave us a huge surprise with
that Sunday morning snow (on the first day of summer?!?). I want to thank
all of the DJ’s for giving us some great tunes to listen to. We also want
to thank all that showed up gave positive energy that made up that great
vibe.
4:19 Got A Minute? April 19th 2002
Can
you say banging up the hizouse. Thanks to our co padre’s at P.O.E. we threw
down a bump’n good time. We loved this collaboration with these great peeps.
CL McSpadden came to town to represent Phoenix stylee. Also to throw down
was Stormshadow, Mumble, steve-o and Ryan Duley. The DJ’s kept the heat
rising and the place smoke’n to make the turn to 420 a memorable one.
Ode to the Desert September 29th
2001
With the help of Jessa we were able to bring a wonderful event in a time
that Boise’s scene was in turmoil. To forget the drama and dance the night
away was the only thoughts on our mind. The DJ’s who played at this FREE
event were Stormshadow vs. Lost, Adlib, Curtis Porter, Coby-One, Ryan Duley,
and steve-0. This was a perfect way to finish up the last day of summer.
